Luxeparel is a luxury consignment and resale boutique in the heart of Antwerp. We curate designer pieces and archival fashion from brands like Gucci, Cavalli, Dries Van Noten, and the kind of Pucci that stops people in the street. Our clients know their fashion. And they expect you to know it better.

Your role
You don't just sell, you make people feel extraordinary in what they wear. You have an instinct for the right piece, the right fit, the right moment. You're the person in the room who already knows the answer before the question is asked. You are warm, magnetic and relentlessly yourself.
 

What you do

• Welcome and guide clients with genuine expertise and real enthusiasm
   
• Bring pieces to life: their history, their rarity, their relevance right now
   
• Create an in-store experience that people talk about and come back for
   
• Support visual presentation, floor management and stock
   
• Handle opening and/or closing of the boutique

Who you are

• You have at least 4 years of experience in retail, fashion or luxury. You know how things work and you hit the ground running. 
   
• You know that the only Chanel worth buying today is vintage. 
   
• You can tell Roberto from Dolce from Pucci, and you have opinions about all three.
   
• You know your Togo from your Epsom, your Clemence from your Swift. 
   
• You are extroverted and energetic, you run on people, not despite them.
   
• You have personal style that walks in before you do. 
   
• You are reliable, self-directed and take initiative without being asked.
