Founded by Belgian designer Alexandra Jacmin and her entrepreneurial twin sister Ségolène, FAÇON JACMIN is a vibrant ready-to-wear Denim Wardrobe for Women. With a focus on empowering individuals and redefining fashion, the label merges high-quality craftsmanship with sustainability.
 

Responsibilities

• All-round assisting FAÇON JACMIN, co-founder Ségolène Jacmin on a variety of tasks
• Managing & handling the stock, i.e., receiving, counting, labelling the clothes
•  Supporting of customers interactions
• Handle online sales: packaging & organizing the sending
• Managing lending pieces for press/shootings: preparing, sending, checking return
• Utilize ERP system effectively
• Managing B2B orders including packaging and invoicing
• Assist at various sales events
   

Requirements

• Interest in fashion
• Dynamic and enthusiast attitude
• Organized and pragmatic approach to work
• Initiative-driven with a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
• Team player but also independent worker
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft-software
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are a plus)
• Minimum 3 months
• Fulltime availability (4-5 days a week)
