CREAPPAREL is looking for a co-founder to join a premium menswear startup at founding stage.
 

The concept, business plan, financial model and go-to-market strategy are fully developed. The brand has a clear identity, a defined target market, and a Kickstarter launch plan ready to execute. The groundwork is done — what's needed now is the right creative partner to bring the collection to life.
 

We are 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:

• A strong background in menswear design
• Technical skills: pattern-making, garment construction, tech packs
• Knowledge of European production and sourcing (a significant plus)
• Based in Belgium, so we can sit down together

In return: an equity stake, full creative ownership of the design direction, and a genuine co-founding role in a brand with real positioning and a launch plan already in motion.
 

No salary for now: this is a founding partnership. The upside is real ownership in something worth building.
