DESIGN STUDIO INTERNSHIP

Christian Wijnants is a Belgian fashion designer based in Antwerp. 

The label was founded in 2003 specializing in women's collections with a focus on knitwear and prints.

We are currently looking for a fashion design intern for a minimal period of 3 month. Ideally 5 months.

We have new positions open starting from July, August or September 2026.

Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and a school contract is required.

Profile:

• Textile design or fashion design student
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 
• Experience with patternmaking and draping 
• Experience with sewing proto garment.
• Experience with technical drawings in illustrator

• Motivated and hard-working person, who is willing to gain experience in design and development process of a collection.

   

Job description:

Working close with our design team you are going to be involved in:

• Assisting our product developer and creative team
• Developing technical drawings and tech packs
• Developing textile samples (embroidery, prints, knits etc.)
• Draping and trials, proto-type realisation
• Assisting during fittings, photoshoots and show
• All-round support of the studio-team and company to create the collections and sales-tools.
