What you can learn from IKEA's diversity strategy

Rewatch the webinar with Lotte De Wilde, Yang Yang & Stefan Ceunen

How do you bring diversity and inclusion into practice, instead of just an ambition on paper? And how do you translate DEI into policies, as well as into authentic actions and campaigns?

In this webinar, we bring together three perspectives. We start with the results of our research into diversity and inclusion in the Flemish design and fashion industry, in which we also questioned consumer expectations towards these industries. Next, experts from IKEA Belgium will share how DEI is translated into a concrete HR policy at their company. Finally, we look at practical examples: how do you create inclusive and authentic communication campaigns?
