With over 20 years of experience in the jewellery and fashion industry, Iris Van der Veken brings deep expertise in public affairs, human rights, gender equality, climate, and biodiversity, shaped through her leadership as CEO of the Watch & Jewellery Initiative 2030, launched by Cartier with Richemont and Kering. She will share insights on building resilience and staying relevant, inspiring brands to align growth with positive impact, making the business case for purpose-driven transformation.
Elise Taillieu, CEO of Antwerp based jewellery brand Wouters & Hendrix, will join the panel discussion following the state of jewellery overview by Iris Van der Veken.

Viktoria von Malottki is a Antwerp‑based jewellery designer, who launched her label in 2019 after studying jewellery Design at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. She will be the final voice to join the panel discussion.

In her session, she will share insights on shifting consumer values and new opportunities across the global jewellery landscape.
Lieve Gerrits is a creative director and stylist, known for her expertise in styling, show choreography, production and casting within the international jewellery and fashion scene. Recently, Lieve was appointed Head of Fashion of the relaunched AvantGarde Magazine in Belgium and The Netherlands. She will be one of two voices to join a fireside chat following Paola De Luca’s trend forecast.
Jochen Leën is a first generation jewellery designer and rare gem collector. The gems are excavated in self-contained mines and entrusted to expert gemstone cutters to ensure the highest quality. Leën uses these stones for unique jewellery pieces, which are forged in his antwerp-based atelier, from design to finish. Jochen Leën hosts a round table about branding: rethinking design, storytelling, and the emotional value of a jewellery brand.
David Gotlib creates 18k gold and diamond cufflinks, made to last and to inherit. The cufflinks are modern heirlooms, carrying stories of elegance and legacy. David will share his view on business development: from sourcing to scaling. In this roundtable conversation we focus on how to develop your business for the future.
