With its monumental architecture, vast industrial spaces, and layered history, it offers a unique setting for HERMAAK. For this weekend only, the Wintercircus becomes a meeting place for circular makers, designers, artists, and curious minds.

HERMAAK lab

The first 'HERMAAK LAB' is a hands-on programme for young people who want to explore circular design through making, experimenting, and collaboration.​

Together with makers, designers, and local partners, participants discover how waste and industrial reststreams can become the starting point for new ideas. From exploring materials to designing and building a circular scenography, HERMAAK LAB invites a new generation to look differently at what we already have.

A space to experiment, make mistakes, share ideas, and above all: 'hermaken.'
