A leading Belgian kids' fashion brand is looking for a talented, creative individual to join our team as a Designer for the Boys' collection, based at our headquarters in Nazareth.

AO76 offers casual, original, high-end fashion for kids. Born out of a passion for authenticity, our products reflect the stylish yet laid-back vibe of the AO76 kids. We're a Belgian brand with an expanding international presence, with flagship stores and high-quality multi-brand retail partnerships.

THE ROLE

As a designer for our boys’ collection at AO76, you’ll be working closely with the design team and the Design Director to create our upcoming kids' fashion collections. You’ll have a keen eye for trends, fabrics, and colors, and the ability to transform concepts into fully-realized designs. From moodboards to technical drawings, you’ll play a key role in shaping every collection and ensuring it resonates with kids and parents alike.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop fresh, original designs for seasonal collections.
• Research fabrics, colors, and trends — and translate them into creative concepts that fit our brand identity.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specification sheets for production.
• Ensure the designs meet the brand’s standards from start to finish, managing everything from sketches to final designs.
• Review samples with a critical eye and suggest refinements.

THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in fashion design and product development.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a with a sharp eye for detail.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
• Passionate about childrenswear, with a good sense of what appeals to kids and parents alike.
